Anca Jalba Jewellery is a founder-led house built around engagements, weddings and the pieces people keep for a lifetime. The site had to do two things at once: carry the emotion of those moments, and be plain-spoken about diamonds, gemstones and price — the part of fine jewellery most brands leave deliberately vague.

Working with Anca is the reason it reads the way it does. She knows exactly what her clients are nervous about, and she would not let a single line sound like a showroom. Where we wrote something polished, she asked for something true; where we hedged, she gave us the real answer and told us to print it. She is quick, decisive, and involved in the detail — the photography, the sequence, the wording of a single caption — without ever slowing the work down. "Beyond The Sparkle", the educational platform that sits inside the site, was her insistence long before it was a section.
